Delivery Charges
Orders above Rs. 2,500 qualify for free delivery anywhere in Pakistan. Orders below that amount carry a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200, calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) typically receive orders in 2–4 working days. Other cities and remote areas may take 5–7 working days.
Order Processing Time
Orders are checked, packed, and handed to our courier partner within 24–48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also check status anytime on our Track Order page.
Coverage Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan. If your area isn't serviceable, you'll be notified before payment is processed.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If both attempts fail, the order is returned to us and you'll be contacted to arrange redelivery or a refund.
