Eligibility for Returns
Toys can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items like baby feeding products, opened arts & crafts sets, and clearance/sale items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless defective.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If your toy arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
How to Start a Return
Go to Track Order, select your order, and tap "Request Return." Alternatively, message our support team on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
Pickup & Processing
Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the item free of charge from your address. After we receive and inspect it, your refund or exchange is processed within 3–5 working days.
Refund Method
Refunds for online payments are credited back to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit — your choice.
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or toy altogether? Exchanges follow the same 7-day window and condition rules as returns - just let us know your preferred replacement when requesting.
